NS :-(((((

NS stands for the Dutch railway company. And yesterday on the way back from Brussels, once again everything went wrong!!!
1) it was not the usual train but a smaller one (so people were standing in the corridor for a journey about 2 hours)
2) it took the slow way (via villages at the border)
3) we had to change in Rosendaal, but no train was waiting for us: Take the stoptrein they told us!
4) we had to change once again in Dordercht, for a train that was not announced on the boards and was only driving to Den Haag (what about those going to Amsterdam?)
5) I finally arrived with more than 50 minutes delay by changing trains 3 times and in an overcrowed coach.

Funny thing I met a Bulgarian and an American. It took the American 6 hours to go to Antwerpen the same morning (instead of 2h30) and he bought a 1st class ticket but there were no 1st class in those trains....

That's what they call quality service!!!! I'm sorry but they ABSOLUTELY don't care about customers. And believe me, after 5 years it happened so many times to me that it's not forgivable anymore...
