Today is a special day. A day to remember.

I'm in Milan. 48 hours left before final departure. Outside we have a painful 34°c and inside as well. I'm sitting in the kitchen, listening to Coldplay and Muse. Tonight I'm going to my last milanese aperitivo before long. I'm waiting for my mum to show up on Skype because I have to ask her something about layette size (I never remember this...)

Now comes the reason why this is an important day.

I'M DONE WITH MY STUDIES!!! I'M DONE WITH MY STUDIES!!! I'M DONE WITH MY STUDIES!!! I'M DONE WITH MY STUDIES!!! I'M DONE WITH MY STUDIES!!! I'M DONE WITH MY STUDIES!!! I'M DONE WITH MY STUDIES!!! I'M DONE WITH MY STUDIES!!! I'M DONE WITH MY STUDIES!!! I'M DONE WITH MY STUDIES!!! I'M DONE WITH MY STUDIES!!!

I had my last exam this morning. I finished my exchange at Bocconi, meaning the end of Louvain, and accomplished CEMS. 5 years, 10 semesters, so many exams, projects, presentations... and what are we doing now?

Well life is going on... Who expected it to stop?

Ok, I owe you a feedback of my experience in an (italian) gym. I got a free one-week pass from my flatmate for a gym she is going to next to our appartment. I didn't try the group lessons.

(1) The staff really wants you to subscribe for the longest possible period (it goes up to 3 years for 500 euros). When the lady understood that I just wanted to use the free one week pass she threw the paper on the table!

(2) It is crowded, overheated and I found it more disgusting as healthy (sorry!)

(3) Strange atmosphere in the sense that people are usually going there alone, everyone is observing, and no one is talking to anyone.

(4) You are going and coming out of the gym dressed up with make up and perfect brushing. Obviously meaning that you bring all your clothes (in + out + sport + swimming) and shoes (outside + gym + flip flops), hairdryer, make up, towels...

(5) The standing of your gym depends on your purchasing power that depends on your social position.

Going to the beach from Milan.

Location: Camogli, Liguria, Genova direction Cinque Terre.
Price: 10 eur Milano - Camogli (direct regional train for la Spezia or change in Genova)
Duration: 2h30

Camogli is a small fishing village on the Liguria coast not so far from Genova (30 mins by train from G. principe). Beaches are small and out of dark stones. Very nice outside the peak season (we went on a June Friday) even though some shops are still closed. The water temperature was very enjoyable.

If you go there you have to taste the "focaccia alle cipolle"!

??? Comment fait-on pour identifier une ventouse?
