Fony, landscape

Beautiful skies... green & yellow hills... nothing else, villages are remote from anything and people of these regions leave for the bigger cities as they have no work.

Fony, location

Fony is a small village in the North East of Hungary close to the Slovack border (Do you see the cross on the right upper corner? it's there!). It is unfortunately one of the poorest regions of the country. From Budapest you can reach this place by train in about 4 hours.

Fony 7-13/07

Kispest's youth group Summer Camp was held in Fony this year. We were about 30 spending one week together having Bible studies and discussions about chosen passages in the book of Jeremiah in the morning.

• Day 1: Jer 1,1-16, The call of Jeremiah
  
• Day 2: Jer 4, 3-7,
  
• Day 3: Jer 17, 5-14, "Like a tree planted by the water"
• Day 4: Jer 18, 1-12, At the Potter's house
  
• Day 5: Jer 24,1-10, Two baskets of figs
  

All the remaining time we had a lot of fun together...

1 month later

Je sais... ça fait exactement un mois que je n'ai publié aucun message.
Pour vous faire patienter encore quelques jours, en voici la raison:

1) il s'est passé beaucoup de choses intéressantes mais j'attendais les photos

2) je dois imprimer mon mémoire aujourd'hui ou demain donc j'ai dû y travailler un peu ;-)

3) j'ai passé quasiment 3 semaines coupée du monde

Lubbeek

location: Belgium, Flemish Brabant

43 kms bicycle tour in the surroundings of Lubbeek. Very nice landscape! Only minor disagreement: hills = UP & DOWN!

Chapeau à Nathalie qui a roulé 2 étapes avec les freins arrière bloqués!

Tir à la corde: 4 filles contre 3 gars, 1 fille...
